Custom Performance Plan
You will be assigned a designated care coordinator who will work with you throughout your health journey with Akro.
You will have a telehealth or in-person appointment with an Akro provider to review your blood results, medical profile, and health goals.
Delivered Straight To Your Door
Once the Akro provider’s custom plan has been approved by you, medication will be prescribed and delivered straight to your door.
Continued Support
Every 3 months, Akro will coordinate new blood work, and you can tele-meet with an Akro provider to discuss your results and if changes to your medication refills are needed.
